Come and explore the effect of flor on wines from Jerez, Jura and Australia with Matt
Froude from Municipal Wines.

Matt is a highly accomplished, qualified winemaker with experience working at Yarra
Yering, Craggy Range in Hawkes Bay and Pierre Gailard in the Northern Rhone
France.

Since 2019 has been full time making his own Municipal wines in the
picturesque Strathbogie Ranges as well as producing two Municipal sakes at
Matsuse Sake Brewery in Shiga Japan. He has had a love of flor for many a year
and a very large flor program making him the perfect person to run this session.

Come and taste at least three wines from each region and become experts on flor!
