Bacchus Academy is a well-established, dynamic drinks education business.

The business was created by Martin O’Dee close to 20 years ago to teach WSET courses in Brisbane. Over 500 students have completed these courses.

The current Director – Jenny Polack – has 20 years experience in teaching about wine, hospitality, retail and other drinks to students with zero experience to university level and highly experienced wine professionals.

Our teachers are all experienced hospitality professionals with a strong understanding of their chosen field.
