Susuro Urban Winery
Susuro Wines is a boutique, urban winery in Port Melbourne, crafting small-batch, handcrafted lofi wines with traditional techniques like basket presses and barrels. Their focus is on creating wines designed to elevate food experiences, often experimenting with textures and structures for unique flavor pairings.
With a commitment to sustainability, they upcycle materials and manage an organic vineyard in the Yarra Valley, growing premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. At their cellar door and bar, visitors can enjoy wine tastings, handmade food, and engaging events that showcase the collaborative spirit of their winemaking. Every bottle tells a story, celebrating connection and creativity.
Bacchus is thrilled to have Susuro Urban Winery as our Melbourne class and event space

"Live Everyday Like It’s Friday" – that's the motto at Fox Friday, where they've made it their mission to embody it fully for craft beer aficionados nationwide. The brand started in Tasmania and quickly expanded across the mainland, with their signature tall cans packed with hoppy goodness becoming a staple in bars and bottleshops everywhere.
Since late 2023, Fox Friday has been thrilled to welcome guests into their impressive brewery and taproom in Melbourne, with plans for another opening in Perth in 2024. Situated in Richmond, surrounded by esteemed craft beer establishments like Mountain Goat and The Royston, the Melbourne spot offers a modern taproom experience for over 200 patrons.
Once a warehouse, the space has been transformed into a warm and inviting hub, complete with high ceilings, floods of natural light, and comfortable furnishings – even a fireplace for those chilly Melbourne nights. The lineup of beers, poured from a dozen taps, showcases both beloved classics and experimental brews brewed right on-site.
The goal at Fox Friday is to foster a sense of community through beer, and the space reflects that with large communal tables and a menu focused on sharing, featuring mouthwatering Southern American delights like cajun shrimp skewers and smoked cheeseburgers. Upstairs, there's even more seating and another bar, perfect for larger gatherings. At Fox Friday, they're passionate about bringing people together over great beer, and their Richmond brewery is the perfect place to experience that "Friday feeling" any day of the week.
