Where’s Nick
Bacchus Academy hosts Sydney courses in the event space above Where’s Nick, a haven for lo-fi wine lovers. Opened in 2017, Where’s Nick began as a wine bar with snacks and now offers substantial food options, as well as a retail space selling wine, charcuterie, and more.

Mitchell Millen grew up in the beautiful cool-climate wine region of Adelaide Hills. He now works in the Australian wine industry in sales, consulting, and distribution. Bacchus Academy is thrilled to have Mitch join the team teaching WSET classes in New South Wales.
