We are so excited to have the wonderful Frederique (Freddie) Raimbaud joining us as our teacher for WSET Levels 1 and 2 in Wine in Canberra!

As a WSET Certified Educator, Freddie brings her passion and knowledge of wine to her students. Her enthusiasm and energy are infectious, and she will make sure you have a great time while you learn. With her guidance, you will gain an understanding of wine and the complex flavours and aromas that make them so special.

Freddie was born in Lyon, France and was introduced to the wonders of fine food, wine, cheese and Champagne by her father.

As a child, she was fortunate enough to travel extensively through France experiencing all the different regions, and as an adult, she has travelled the world working in the food and wine industry. She is a globetrotter with a passion that she loves sharing with people!

Having such a passion for wine, becoming a Sommelier seemed like a natural progression. She graduated from the Lycee Hôtelier de Bonneveine with a Diploma in Hospitality, before completing the WSET Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Wine.

Freddie is excited to share their knowledge and passion with our students and looks forward to helping them discover the world of wine.
