Jenny is a highly qualified wine expert and educator who enjoys taking people on exciting journeys exploring the world of wine.

She creates interesting, easily accessible and relaxed learning experiences enabling everyone at any level to learn about wine. She also installs confidence in the participants’ own wine-tasting abilities.

Jenny has a deep understanding of the history and geography of wine, as well as the processes involved in its production. She can explain the complexities of different grape varieties and vintages, and how to pair food with wine.

As well as being the Director and Wine Educator at Bacchus Enterprises, Jenny has been consulting and teaching for many years under her business - wine whitch.

Jenny Polack teaches a variety of classes at Bacchus Academy including WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and French Wine Scholar
