Joseph Kenny is an internationally acclaimed speaker and certified trainer for Wines, Spirits, Beers, Food and Beverages industries for over 40 years. Currently holding the highest global certifications in Sri Lanka, Joseph is a leading WSET-certified education provider, WSET educator and Approved Programme Provider for Wines Spirits Education Trust in Sri Lanka and the beverages service. Joseph has led several groups on Wine Education programs in France, Australia, and the USA.

Joseph is an author of several books on Wines, Spirits, Mixology, and Bartending. He is a consultant and visiting lecturer for Wine Studies and Mixology courses and has trained several thousand in Wines and Spirits and food and beverages service. Joseph has led several groups on Wine Education programs in France, Australia, and the USA.
His passion for enhancing the standards and sharing his knowledge of the wines and spirits industry has led to his extensive travels and visits to all the leading wines regions of France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, Chile, Argentina, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and other wine-producing countries. He has worked with enologists and winemakers in many parts of the world and distilleries in Scotland.
Joseph completed a Certificate Course and orientation on American Wines from the University of California, Davis (UCD) in California, USA, and is an Alumni of the Columbia University (NY-USA) Business School.
Joseph is a founding member (Sri Lanka Chapter) and currently, the Chancelier of the exclusive Confrerie De La Chaine Des Rotisseurs established in 1998. Joseph holds several international Honorary Memberships including Conseil of Medoc, Le Conseil Interprofessional du Vin De Bordeaux, and Chivalries of the Cognac Region. He is the Vice President of the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka and President of the Yachting Association of Sri Lanka.
