Mark first fell in love with wine after visiting the prestigious Kendall-Jackson Estate in Sonoma, California in 2017.
Since then, his wine adventures have taken him to famous and lesser-known regions across three continents, and eventually into wine education and training.
He is a passionate advocate for the Queensland wine industry and enjoys exploring unusual and under-appreciated wines from around the world.
Mark is studying for the Diploma of Wines with the New Zealand School of Wines and Spirits.
He is a graduate of the Wine Scholar Guild's French Wine Scholar and Certified Sherry Wine Specialist programs, and has also completed the Napa Valley Wine Academy's American Wine Expert and Argentina Wine Specialist courses.
Mark is currently teaching the Wine Scholar Guild's French Wine Scholar course for Bacchus Academy.
